We are taking all kinds of precautions against the pandemic Corona (or Covid 19). We also expect our responsible customers will understand the gravity of the situation and hence we request you to please support us during this uncertain fighting times for the humanity.
Due to Covid 19 pandemic sweets supply is low, hence this year we shall dispatch Haldiram or Bhikaram Chandmal Sweets and Namkeen, as per availability. Both are brands at par. All requisite Safety n Hygiene will be maintained.
Fresh Baked Cakes are available after 10:30 am on the bakeries. Thus, delivery can be made only after that time. However, in some exceptional cases on your request we may keep the cake prior day in refrigerator for delivery the next morning, but we do not advise our customer to do so.
We do our best to serve our customers with better results than that is shown, flower images are indicative. The actual arrangement may vary due to non-availability issues or some other reasons beyond our control. Few other items like Cycle, Pressure Cooker, T.V. etc may vary depending upon the availability of stock. The items/models are subject to change with time, but we always ensure equal or higher values to our customers.
In an event if the ordered flowers/cake/mithai/other hand delivered items are unavailable in the respective city or town, we shall proceed by sending available best quality flowers/cake/mithai or other similar gift item of equal or higher value.
The respective brand owners shall be responsible for the quality of product they provide. However, if the quality of the product is not up to the level of your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint on them through us.
Delivery timing may be rescheduled to an earlier or later date in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, Lockdown / Covid19 Precautions & Restrictions, bandh or on any such conditions which is beyond our control.
Estimated delivery time depends upon the delivery destination. So the delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within 1 to 3 business days excluding the date of order. Holidays might extend it further.
If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Based on the nature of complaint Refund and Redelivery shall be processed. Any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.
Under certain circumstances, delivery of certain items might not be possible. However, our customers have the right to get 100% refund of their ordered amount.
Whatever be the nature of complaint, under any circumstances no claim will be accepted other than the claim of 100% refund. All such claims if any are required to be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non delivery.
The owner of the website holds the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All the claims are subjected to the jurisdiction of local court only at Kolkata, India.
In case of order cancellation the customer needs to notify at least 24 hours prior the date of delivery or the date of shipment. In all such cases, 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted for credit card processing expense. Any changes or modification if any can be entertained only 1 day prior to the date of delivery between 8 am to 8 pm.
If there is no one available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered as delivered. However we always try to call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
Prices of items subject to MRP restrictions are sold by our website after adding up cost of services, delivery and online transaction. Due to technical restrictions we cannot show distribution of prices separately and is taken to be understood.
The prices quoted at our website are for free delivery within city limits. Any perishable items or delivery out of city limits and to villages may attract extra delivery charges. After the order gets delivered we might send you a link to pay this extra delivery charge, if required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order but ensure to deliver the product on required date.
Orders including Midnight Orders received after 4pm IST shall be considered for delivery the following day but we shall try our best to deliver the same day. We would appreciate to receive a phone call after placement of such urgent orders.
Right of Refusal: We hold the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases refund will be given in full for the amount paid by the customer.
The various Logos/Trademark backed by the product being sold on our website belongs to the respective companies owned by the said Logo/Trademark. All Wines and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic.
Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, Watches etc. are shipped through courier services, so we cannot specify the exact delivery date and timings.
We do ensure the date of delivery but we cannot commit on exact time of delivery. We make every effort to process order within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee so. Normally, we process delivery of order as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver on or before a particular time. However gifts items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, and Apparels etc. are delivered through courier agencies and are dispatched on time from our end. If the dispatch gets delayed from our warehouse we shall be held responsible for it, but if the delay is at logistic partners end then we shall not be held responsible for the same.
If the money have not been received for a served (processed/delivered) order due to any reason, the Customer and the Recipient are equally liable to compensate for the amount due. In case both the Customer and the Recipient refuse to pay, appropriate legal actions shall be taken to realize the sum due. Octroi charges if any will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the recipient’s state.
We are not liable to pay any extra custom charges levied by the custom department of the recipient’s country for any international delivery sent through courier. It has to be borne by the customer itself.
We dispatch all the consignments as per your order and any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter has to be done at your end. We shall not be responsible for it.
Complete refund will be made if we fail to deliver your order. But we do not hold responsibility of any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to non-delivery.
No refund shall be made against any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user, for e.g., wrong address, incomplete information or recipient not reachable etc.
All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.
If you want your order to be delivered at the address of Hostel, Hotel, Marriage Halls, Community Halls or Hospital, for a valid proof of delivery a POD must be signed at the reception or by security personnel. Though we try our best to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places due to the reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premises gate of any of these locations, we try to contact and get in touch with the recipient. For any reason if the recipient’s phone is unanswered, we consider it as an attempted delivery.
"By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels". However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.
